The Central Hotel & Resort

The reactivation of a neglected and dilapidated community school building into a 67-room hotel and resort with restaurants, state-of-the-art theatre and ballroom plus spa and sports facilities.

Catskill Village for Autistic Adults

We worked with Nicky’s Garden of Hope, a non-profit created by parents with adult autistic children to develop a plan for a new village designed for the special needs of their and other adults with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD). This includes jobs, housing, and any necessary care. As the parents grow older and less capable of providing for their autistic and IDD adult children, the new village will provide high quality care and independent living, when possible, long after they are gone.
